Terms of Service

1. Service description

AutoDrafters provides fantasy-football tools and analytics. We do not offer gambling, sports betting, or financial advice. We are not affiliated with the NFL or any league.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). If you are under 18, you must have parent/guardian permission.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it.

4. Premium

Premium is a paid plan, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown when you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe. See the Privacy Policy for how we process payments.

• Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.
• You can cancel anytime from Account → Plan and billing. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
• Deleting your account cancels your plan right away.
• Payments are not refundable for partial periods, except where the law requires. If you were charged in error, email us at anthony@thebananastandard.xyz.
• We may change prices. We will tell you before a new price applies to your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

• No scraping or abuse of our APIs.
• No sharing, reselling, or sublicensing of accounts.
• No unlawful, harmful, or infringing content or behavior.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee accuracy of third-party data or outcomes of fantasy sports decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoDrafters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services means you accept the revised Terms.
